Noor Kadiwala was a dear friend of mine and to anyone who took the time to get to know him. It's no exaggeration when I write that Noor was truly amazing in how much he was able to accomplish by helping others. Noor helped me to get my music out into the world by including my music on important compilation albums that he released on his record label. He also encouraged me to make this full length album that you are now listening to. An album that Noor will never get to hear. He also helped many up and coming artists to get their music into the ears of real listeners, all from his half broken laptop in a tiny apartment in Mumbai, India. Noor and I had a lot in common and shared a lot of inspiring ideas and music with each other for the better part of a decade. I miss Noor often. His memory will live on in my music and in the music of his own band - The Eternal Twilight.

Revitalized in a Newly Superb Fashion... to this day Kenotic and Raising your Voice... are two of my favorite Ethereal/Newgaze albums... in regards to sonic texture... i've always closely compared their "old" songs on those two albums which truly inspired me...
